Relationally Embodied Dharma
Hey friend, I'm Monica
Knowing the transformative power of meditation on my own life, I am committed to teach Buddhist Meditation and the Dharma on retreat around the world and to enabling people to find joy and freedom on their path. Passionate about individual and collective liberation, I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.

My Dharma teaching is informed by my integrative approach to resilience. For more information, please visit my clinical practice website.
This is a path of practice that is profound: wholehearted in it’s intention, far-reaching in it’s depth, discerning in it’s responsiveness, penetrating of truth, complex in it’s variety of methods, mysterious in it’s workings, and encompassing of all of life. It is in the relational space that insight and cultivation occur. With body as our instrument of perception, of gathering our energy and of developing sensitivity and attunement, this path of liberation is open to all of us.
